In the highly competitive UAE real estate market, connecting leads with property listings is critical. This case study details how a Dubai-based real estate agency implemented a custom Bitrix24–Property Finder integration to unify listings, leads, and sales under one CRM.
We developed a Property Finder Connector app inside Bitrix24 that automates listing management, lead capture, and analytics. Key features include Data Sync (auto-import of Property Finder inquiries into Bitrix24 as deals), Listing Management (create/edit/publish listings, credit tracking, quality scores), Listing Selector/Preview, Telephony Widget, Notifications, User Access Control, and KPI Dashboard.

Property Finder Connector for Bitrix24
We developed the Property Finder Connector app within Bitrix24, leveraging both platforms' APIs. The solution consists of 7 key components:

All new Property Finder inquiries automatically create new deals in Bitrix24. PF form fields are mapped to CRM deal fields. Duplicate inquiries are filtered out — ensuring no lead is missed.

Within each CRM deal, agents use a custom Listing Selector widget to find relevant properties based on client criteria (location, price, type). A Listing Preview pane shows full detail fetched from Property Finder API without leaving Bitrix24.
